Initial Consultation
Through one-on-one meetings, we gain an intimate appreciation of your organization's
culture, your working environment, and the particulars of your staffing
needs.
The Search
Our search will entail the use of several important and extensive sources,
including our own inhouse database and our network of industry sources.
Pre-screening and Interviewing
Having attracted the attention of prospective candidates, we
personally pre-screen and qualify them. Our main goal here is to weed
out the curious and identify those who meet the predetermined criteria.
After in-depth interviews, we short-list those candidates who best meet
the criteria and offer the highest probability of "fit" into
your organization. We forward the resumes to you for review and share
our observations and comments based on our experience with the candidates.
Referencing
Diligent, worldwide reference checking is a crucial step in
our recruiting process. References are thoroughly reviewed and forwarded
directly to you immediately. We are also pleased to amend our standard
procedures to accommodate specific questions that may be required to meet
your unique needs.

Post-interview Reviews and Offers
After the final sets of interviews are complete, we review
the candidates with the client to help in the final selection process.
We are also pleased to facilitate the negotiation process and assist with
the offer directly with the candidate or provide recommendations as you
present the offer to ensure a satisfactory agreement is reached.
Mentoring
Once the offer has been accepted we provide valuable coaching
to the candidate. Since a career change is an emotional time for the candidate,
and they may not have experienced this process often, we assist with the
following:
- how to effectively tender notice
- how to handle counter offers.
Follow-up
Our service includes regular follow up with both the candidate
and your organization to ensure a successful transition.
